ANGELS FOR ANIMALS

Liberty Tax Service welcomes community and business support to helpAngels for Animals find homes for Animals in need. On Saturday March 26th, the Liberty Tax Service office will hold an adoption event from 11am-3pm. Located at 90 Boardman Poland Rd. Rt 224 across from the Southern Park Mall in Boardman, Liberty rounds out their “MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MARCH” with family fun, free food and animals ready for adoption. To thank the community for the support ANGELS FOR ANIMALS, anyone who adopts a dog or cat from the efforts of this event, will receive FREE TAX PREPARATION at the Boardman Rt 224 location through April 5th, 2011.
To honor the sometimes ‘unsung heroes’ in our community, Liberty Tax Service is STILL OFFERING FREE TAX PREPARATION for all community volunteers, healthcare workers, police and firefighters, who are first-time customers. This promotion is only through March 31st. Appointments are not mandatory but “calling ahead” during this busy “NO COST” promotion is always a GOOD IDEA. Since 1990, Angels for Animals has been dedicated to ending the needless suffering of stray and abandoned companion animals by offering: spay/neuter surgery to reduce future unwanted populations, adoption of rescued animals, and education programs to inform the public about proper animal care. Prior to adoption, every animal is spayed or neutered. In 2009, nearly 5,000 surgeries were performed and nearly 1500 cats and dogs were adopted. Angels also encourages active public participation in the effort to reduce the overpopulation of abandoned animals by offering low-cost spay/neuter surgery for all cats and dogs.
